11.1 Step 1 Select Date Pulldown Menu and select desired time and date.
This pulldown displays a calendar. When you click on the calendar it will display available dates within a 7-day period of the selected date. Once a date is selected on the calendar, you choose your desired booking date from the booking date pulldown, and you preferred session time from the select session pulldown.
Note: The parameters mentioned above are configured during the creation of your session and season.
11.2 Step 2 - Number of Bowlers / Rinks
Depending on whether you have selected the per rink or per person model, this is where clients choose the number of rinks or bowlers.
11.3 Step 3 Add-ons
This stage allows you to select any add-ons the club provides for customers.
Selecting the icon next to the item (highlighted in the below image in yellow) , displays a picture of the add on as well as the select option
11.3 Step 4 Client Booking details.
These fields include mandatory information such as Name, Phone, and Email address. Additionally, there is a notes field where clients can provide additional information. This note appears on the bookings calendar along with the mandatory details.
The client then selects Confirm booking and pay.
11.4 Step 4 Stripe Payment.
The client is then forwarded to our secure payment partner Stripe to take the clients Credit card payment.
Note: Clients receive an email receipt and confirmation of their transaction upon completing their booking. Additionally, the club receives a daily email containing upcoming bookings sent to their selected club email address.
