13. Processing Refunds

13.1     To initiate a booking refund, please access the specific booking either through the list view or the calendar interface. Within the booking details, locate and select the "Cancel Booking" option. Subsequently, the available refund options configured by your club in the refund settings will be displayed.

These options include:

  • Proceed with cancellation without using a refund by clicking "OK."



Alternatively, if applicable, select "Process Refund" before confirming cancellation to unveil the specific refund choices determined by your club, which may include full refund and partial refund.



Refunds can also be processed via the payments tab using our secure payment partner Stripe. The club can set the refund amount to be either full or a percentage of the booking in the refunds tab on the club details page.
