Seasons in the context of Bowls Club HQ refer to distinct periods of time during which specific rink and cost models are applied within a club. For instance, the summer peak season might entail different bowler or rink costs compared to the winter season. It's important to note that dates cannot overlap between seasons, ensuring clear delineation and management of club operations throughout the year.

Here are the options available for rink details:

  • Max capacity per rink: Users will automatically be assigned a second rink if their booking exceeds this capacity.
  • Booking order: Choose between ascending (1-99) or descending (99-1) order for booking rinks. This feature is useful depending on the layout of your club facilities.
