All payment functions are accessible from the Payments page. This page serves as a gateway to your Stripe account, serving as the central hub for all payment-related information. The Payments page offers the following options:

10.1 Home Page
Home Page: The Home Page provides a comprehensive summary of payment information, including:
- Payments: Overview of succeeded, refunded, and failed transactions.
- Gross Volume: Total transaction volume before deductions.
- Net Volume: Total transaction volume after deductions.
- Failed Payments: Number of transactions that failed.
- Top Customers: Information about top-paying customers.
- Daily/Monthly Statistics: Insights into payment trends over specified time periods.
10.2 Payment Page
This page displays all current and past payments made to your club. The default view includes:
- Amount: The payment amounts.
- Payment Method: The method used for payment.
- Description: Brief description of the payment.
- Customer (email): Email address of the customer associated with the payment.
- Date: Date when the payment was made.
- Clicking on a payment allows you to drill down into the full details of the customer's transaction.
10.3 Balances Page
This page provides an overview of recent payments made to your club, upcoming payments, and an estimate of future payments.
If you click on any listed payment, you can export a detailed spreadsheet on the payment by selecting the export button.
10.4 Customers Page
This page contains comprehensive details for all customers who have booked with your club.
10.5 Refunds Page
To initiate a refund, navigate to the Payments tab, select the payment you wish to refund, and use the provided menu to select the refund option. The refunded amount will be returned to the account used by the customer for payment.
Other options available in this menu include:
- Send receipt.
- Copy payment ID.
- View payment details.
Note: Note: When a refund is processed via the Stripe page, remember to delete the corresponding entry from the calendar. This action will trigger the cancellation email to the client.
10.6 Adding Multiple stripe Users.
To add multiple users to access your Stripe account, follow the process outlined in the link provided:

Add a team member to Stripe:
Login into the Stripe dashboard
Open settings by click the gear icon in the upper-right-hand corner
Under “Business Settings” -> “Team and security” click “Team”
Click the “+ New member” button
Add the email address of the team member to invite to the Stripe account.
Click “Invite” to send the invitation email.
10.7 Searching for a booking.
To search for a customer booking in Payments, simply select the search box and enter the unique booking number, name, or email address associated with the booking.
10.8 How to print a payment report
Step 1: Once you log in to Stripe, you will be directed to the Stripe homepage. Click on ‘Balances’
Step 2: Next step is to select ‘Payouts’:
Step 3: Select the ‘payout’ date you require. In this example it's the 20th Jan and click the date to go to step 4
Step 4: Scroll down this page until you see the ‘Transactions’ heading. Click on ‘Export’
Step 5: The .CSV file will then be generated
